With the MULTIGYM PLUS, you will be able to perform more than 31 strength exercises and train different muscle groups: shoulders, chest, arms, back, legs, abdominals. The covered weight unit consists of 16 weight sections, which can be increased by 5 kg to reach a maximum load of 80 kg, so you can choose the weight of your workout individually. The back cushions and seat are adjustable to ensure a comfortable workout and a correct exercise position. The 3D Flex Motion system is a unique feature of the machine, allowing you to perform a variety of rope pulling exercises. The height-adjustable seat and three-piece back padding ensure a comfortable seating position during exercises.
