The 140 cm long and 51 cm wide running surface provides more room for a natural stride. This makes the TRACK 400 suitable not only for walking and light jogging but also for faster endurance workouts. The wider surface is particularly useful for taller users and training at a higher pace.

Speed can be adjusted from 0.8 to 18 km/h, allowing you to begin with a relaxed warm-up and gradually progress to running. The electronically adjustable incline of up to 12% increases the training load without requiring a higher speed.

Convenient control during your workout

Speed and incline are controlled using a central rotary selector and dedicated shortcut buttons. Five speed and five incline shortcut buttons provide quicker access to frequently used settings.

The LCD display shows workout time, distance, speed, incline, estimated calorie consumption and heart rate. Heart rate is measured using the contact sensors integrated into the handles. The official manufacturer specification does not list a wireless chest-strap receiver for this model.

20 programmes and connected training options

The treadmill includes 20 training programmes. According to the manufacturer, the selection includes preset, user-adjustable and heart-rate-guided modes, providing more variety for different training goals.
