KETTLER Alpha Run 200 is a compact and modern treadmill designed for regular home workouts. It is suitable for walking, light jogging, endurance training and more demanding cardio sessions.

The treadmill is equipped with a 2 HP continuous-duty DC motor and offers a speed range from 0.8 to 18 km/h. Speed can be adjusted in precise 0.1 km/h steps, making it easy to match the workout intensity to your fitness level.

The 128.5 × 45 cm running surface provides enough space for comfortable walking and light running at home, while the cushioning system makes training more joint-friendly than running on hard outdoor surfaces.

More variety with incline and training programmes

The KETTLER Alpha Run 200 offers an incline of up to 12%, allowing you to increase training intensity without always running faster. Incline training helps add more challenge and variety to everyday cardio sessions.

The training computer includes 42 programmes, including 36 pre-set profile programmes, 3 user-defined programmes and 2 heart-rate programmes. The console displays time, distance, speed, incline, calories and pulse.

Compatible with Kinomap and ZWIFT

For more motivation, the treadmill can be connected to fitness apps such as Kinomap and ZWIFT. This allows you to use virtual routes, track progress and make indoor training more engaging. A large tablet holder is included for convenient app use during workouts.
